§ Mr. David HuntThe average reduction in community charges for Wales in 1991–92 resulting from the provisions of the Community Charges (General Reduction) Act, before the award of community charge benefit, is £140.
Information about the numbers of charge payers in Wales in receipt of community charge benefit in 1991–92 is not yet available, and it is not possible to estimate the number of charge payers benefiting from reductions of £.140.
