§ Mr. McLoughlinPreliminary discussions have taken place about the possibilities for further liberalisation of transatlantic air services and talks will resume later in the year. Our aim will be to remove obstacles to fair competition, which hinder our airlines at present, and to remove unnecessary regulation.
