§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe Dutch Presidency has yet to set the agenda for the ministerial meetings of the inter-governmental conference on political union in the second half of this year.
We expect however that Ministers of the Twelve will next consider the question of a common foreign and security policy in the early autumn.
