Whether they have any plans to improve the North Circular Road south of the Hanger Lane roundabout.

Yes, the proposed A.406 Popes Lane-Western Avenue improvement scheme. Line and side road orders for the northern section of the scheme were made in 1988 and supplementary orders were published for the southern section, including a tunnel at Ealing Common. The supplementary orders were considered at a public inquiry last year and the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Secretary of State for Transport are now considering the inspectors' report and expect to announce the outcome shortly.
