§ Mr. DorrellHealth service managers are responsible for offering good quality, varied meals which meet the nutritional requirements of patients. As part of their income generation initiative health authorities are encouraged to offer additional services to patients. The provision of an à la carte menu offering a wider choice and luxury food items for a charge is a good example of this.
