To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many foreign national prisoners who have been granted home leave have returned to prison after home leave in the last five years;

(2) how many foreign national prisoners have (a) requested, (b) been granted and (c) been refused home leave in each of the last five years.

As in the case of other applications for home leave, it is for the governor to decide, on the recommendation of the home leave board, whether the request can be approved.
