§ Sir Wyn RobertsThe order was made by Lliw Valley borough council under the Highways Act 1980 in May and has been advertised. There has been one objection. The order must now be submitted to my right hon. Friend for determination. Once it has been received a public inquiry will be held before a decision is reached. As promised in previous correspondence, I shall write to the hon. Gentleman once the inquiry has been arranged and place a copy of my letter in the Library of the House.
