To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's Government will establish a United Kingdom mission in Albania; and if he will make a statement.

We have no plans to establish a resident British mission in Albania.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the provision of know-how or similar funding for Albania.

Mr. Douglas Hogg

We have no plans to extend the know-how fund to Albania.
