HL Deb 28 January 1991 vol 525 c17WA
The Earl of Dudley

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they are able to give firm assurances that the continuance of an Iraqi diplomatic mission to the Court of St. James's does not in any way constitute a security risk.

The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (The Earl of Caithness)

We have taken measures to reduce substantially any such risk. The situation remains under constant review.
