§ Mr. Douglas HoggOn 4 December the Foreign Minister of the European Community invited the Iraqi Foreign Minister to meet the presidency following his meeting with the United States Secretary of State. This invitation has been renewed several times, most recently after the EPC ministerial meeting in Luxembourg on 4 January, but has been declined by the Iraqi Government.
