To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps are currently being taken to establish diplomatic relations with the People's Socialist Republic of Albania.

British and Albanian officials met in Geneva on 18 and 19 December to discuss outstanding bilateral issues, including the restoration of diplomatic relations.
