§ Miss Widdecombe[holding answer 21 February 1991]: Following the division of the two Departments, arrangements were made for the Department to continue to provide administrative and other operational services 611W for which the Department of Health is then charged. Savings in the current financial year from changes to the reimbursement prices to the suppliers of liquid welfare milk are estimated at £7.9 million.
