To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how many training places are available per year in the Crewe district health authority for neonatal nurses and how many have been filled;

(2) what health instruction programmes for the prevention of ischaemic heart disease are available in the Crewe and Nantwich area;

(3) how many special and/or intensive care cots there are in the Crewe district health authority.
