What is the estimated average grant proposed by those local authorities who have been given approval to operate cash incentive schemes in 1991–92.
§ Baroness BlatchThe average grant paid up to December 1990 by housing associations under the Housing Corporation's Tenants Incentive Scheme was £13,000. Local authorities report annually on the operation of their approved cash incentive schemes. The average grant payment in 1989–90 was £10,500.
The average level of grant payable under the five local authority cash incentive schemes so far approved for 1991–92 is approximately £13,000.
