Member for Derbyshire, North-East (Mr. Barnes), whether the Government has yet responded to the European Commission on its proposals for a European travel card for British pensioners.
§ Mr. JackThe EC recommendation asks for a response by 1 March. We shall he responding shortly to the Commission about its recommendation dealing with the provision of an EC over-60s card.
