To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will visit north Devon to meet the North Devon Manufacturing Association and the chambers of commerce and trade to discuss trade and industrial development.

Mr. Lilley

I have made no plans to visit north Devon, but hope that I or one of my colleagues in the Department of Trade and Industry will be able to do so during the course of this year.
