§ Mr. SainsburyThe European Commission represents the Community and the member states in the GATT negotiations. Community Trade Ministers, at their last meeting, called on the Commission to take all necessary action to reach a balanced agreement covering all sectors as soon as possible. Talks are continuing with a view to bringing this about.
