§ Mr. DorrellThe Department's building managers are instructed to consider installing low energy lighting when replacing existing installations. For the NHS comprehensive guidance on all aspects of lighting, including low-energy lamps, is included in volume 2 of the publication ENCODE issued to all health authorities in 1986, a copy of which is available in the Library.
