§ Mr. LathamTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will give details of the calculations which led him to announce a basic credit approval of £372,000 in 1991–92 for the housing investment programme of Rutland district council; and what was the bid submitted by the council.
§ Mr. YeoRutland's guidelines for all services totalled £717,000. From this figure was deducted £238,000 for receipts taken into account. The resulting basic credit approval of £479,000 may be allocated as the council wishes.
