§ Mr. ChopeThe traffic commissioner for the present south eastern traffic area is already based in Eastbourne. Under the reorganisation of the traffic areas, which will take effect on 1 June 1991, the traffic commissioner will assume responsibility for the new south eastern and metropolitan traffic area, which will comprise London, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. He will continue to be based in Eastbourne.
