560WThere is no more recent information for parliamentary constituencies than the 1981 census. Estimates of the number of dwellings owned by four sectors—local authority, other public sector, housing association and private—are provided by local authorities for their areas in the annual housing investment programme returns. These are in the Library. They do not however provide a breakdown of the privately owned dwellings between owner-occupied and rented.
