From 1 April 1990 family health services authorities have been allocated cash-limited funds with which to finance improvements to GPs' practice premises under the cost rent and improvement grant schemes.
It is for Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth family health services authority to administer its allocations on the basis of best value for money, taking into account local needs and priorities. The hon.
