§ Mr. DorrellIn 1988 health authorities were asked to ensure appropriate planning for disabled young people on moving from child to adult health services. The need to ensure continuity in the supervision of their health care will also be underlined in guidance currently being prepared on the welfare of children and young people in hospital.
