§ Mr. Teddy TaylorTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the total sum which the EC proposes to spend on the production of tobacco in 1991; and if he will provide separate figures for the proposed spending on storing and on subsidising the export of such tobacco, giving in each case the comparable expenditure figures in 1990 and 1989, respectively.
