§ Mr. CurryProducers whose direct sales of milk and milk products exceed their available quota are subject to a supplementary levy of up to 15.7 pence per litre of milk at the current rate. From 1 April 1991 direct sales of yogurt, ice cream and certain other milk products will be taken into account in determining liability for this levy. We are considering how and on what terms to make quota available to producers directly affected by the Council's decision.
