To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing for each financial year from 1979–80 to 1990–91 the proportion expressed as a percentage of actual local authority spending met be(a) central government grant, (b) non-domestic ratepayers and (c) domestic rate/poll tax.
