To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a further statement on the future disposal of county hall, London SE1.

§ Mr. Key
The public inquiry into the relevant planning applications was reopened on 15 January and remains to be concluded. It is for the London residuary body to decide on the timing of the disposal of county hall in the light of the planning position.
