§ Mr. VazTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what plans he has to amend the planning legislation to prevent companies that have gone into receivership from appealing against refusals of planning consent.
§ Mr. YeoNone. Since companies in receivership may continue to do business, I see no reason why they should not submit planning applications or appeals.
