Mr. Blunkett

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a list of all those local authorities who(a) have provided exemption from the poll tax for Gulf personnel together with the numbers involved in each authority and the income forgone and (b) have not provided exemption; and if he will make a astatement.
