§ Mr. Alan ClarkArtillery ammunition and ammunition for automatic and portable firearms is included in the EEC Council list of items defining the scope of paragraph 1(b) of article 223 of the treaty of Rome. Ammunition for sporting guns, pistols and other small arms of a calibre less than 7mm is excluded from this list.
