§ Mr. Allan StewartThe Training Agency in Central and Fife invited representatives of its training providers from the central area to a short conference to explore the Forth Valley enterprise business plan and the crucial role for providers within that plan. The total cost of the conference was approximately £1,620. Set against the alternative of individual briefings and negotiations with each provider this was judged to represent value for public money.
