§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe continue to make clear our view that the key to security in southern Lebanon is the implementation of SCR 425, the effective deployment of the Lebanese army and the withdrawal of all foreign forces in accordance with the Taif accord. We have supported recent United Nations moves to decrease tension in the area.
