§ Mr. BaldryThe reports of the George C Marshall Institute are being considered, along with all other recent relevant information, by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in preparing a supplementary science assessment report for the intergovernmental negotiating committee on a climate convention. This information will support the INC in preparing for the United Nations conference on environment and development. My Department will continue to look to IPCC as the source of widely reviewed information on the science of climate change.
