§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe views of the regional advisory committees were treated as confidential at the time that the Glen Lochay and Inverlochlarig applications were considered. The regional advisory committee for north Scotland considered that the application for Glen Dye, as amended, should be approved. The regional advisory committee for mid-Scotland considered that the application for Muirhill should also be approved.
