HL Deb 09 December 1991 vol 533 cc25-6WA
Lord Kennet

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they are satisfied with the way Rushcliffe Borough Council exercises its powers under the Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act of 1990, particularly with regard to the barns of Bunny Hall.

The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (Baroness Blatch)

Her Majesty's Government considered the listed building application in relation to the barns at Bunny Hall in 1989 and are satisfied that Rushcliffe Borough Council followed the correct procedures before granting consent. We have no evidence to suggest that the council has exercised improperly its powers under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 in relation to this or any other application.
