§ Mr. MoynihanThe Offshore Safety Bill makes provision for those powers in the Petroleum Act 1987 which relate to the ability to make safety regulations for the abandonment of offshore installations and pipelines to be made an "existing statutory provision" of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
