§ Mr. WakehamI have recently returned from the far east where I visited Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea in order to promote the United Kingdom's wide-ranging expertise in the energy sector. I hope that my visit will provide opportunities for the United Kingdom oil industry to participate in the development of oil and gas fields in the region.
