Member for Gloucester (Mr. French), Gloucestershire submitted a request on 8 November for the proposed building work at Elmbridge county infants school to be considered as exceptional basic need in the allocation of annual capital guidelines for education (ACGs) for 1992–93. This is being considered in the light of bids from all local education authorities and of the resources available.
