§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe sale of Strathclyde Buses Ltd. is a matter for Strathclyde regional council in the first instance. I understand that negotiations for a sale are currently under way between the council and the management employee buy-out team at the company. The Secretary of State's consent will be required for the sale.
