§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe proceeds of the sales of the Scottish Bus Group's bus operating subsidiaries were £96.2 million, of which £56.4 million represents dividends before sale, net of capitalisation, and £39.8 million represents the amounts received for the sale of shares. The table shows details relating to each bus company sale. The disposal of insurance, engineering and property interests, and the wind up of the pension funds, is not yet complete.
