§ Mr. Allan StewartWhere they or their officials do not personally attend, Scottish Office Ministers are repre-sented at all such meetings by their colleagues in the United Kingdom Government. Scottish Office Ministers will be present at the Environment Council on 12 December and the Fisheries Council on 17–18 December; were represented by Scottish Office officials at the Agriculture Council and informal Regional Policy Council on 18–19 November; and will be represented by Scottish Office officials at the Agriculture Council on 11–12 December.
