§ Mr. EggarParagraph 8 provides for the value of the lease to be agreed in writing between the Secretary of State and the CTC. after reference to the district valuer, at the time it is granted. If agreement is not reached, the value is to be determined by an expert appointed by agreement between the two parties, or if such agreement is not reached, one appointed by the president of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the cost of this being borne equally between the two parties.
