§ Mr. DorrellThere are no waiting lists for provision of special seating to severely disabled people in England. The provision of special seating in Scotland is the responsibility of my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland. The provision of special seating in Wales and Northern Ireland is the responsibility of my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Wales and Northern Ireland.
