§ Mr. Peter LloydWe hope to announce shortly our conclusions on whether to create this offence and the others recommended by Lord Justice Taylor.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to prevent broadcasters giving prominence through coverage of motor sports events to brewing companies' names and advertising.
§ Mr. Peter LloydWe have no plans to do so. I understand, however, that the Brewer's Society has advised its members not to become involved in the sponsorship of motor sports events.
