§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe Local Government Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1990 came into force on 17 September. Comments on the draft regulations were invited from interested parties in April, and 14 replies were received. These included a detailed response from the United Kingdom steering committee on behalf of local authorities in England and Wales.
