To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions have been held with representatives of the Kurdish people of(a) Iraq, (b) Iran, (c) Syria and (d) the Soviet Union since 1979.

There have been no formal discussions with any Kurdish groups or their representatives.
