§ Mr. RyderThe present import levy, effective from 16 September 1990, on cheese from Canada (CN Code 040690 21 0 10) is £178.8483 per 100 kg. Consignments accompanied by a valid IMA 1 certificate, issued by exporting countries having special agreements with the European Community may be admitted at a reduced rate of £9.1665. No duty is payable in either case.
