§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will place in the Library a copy of the policy guidelines of his Department in relation to the use of the Welsh language in Wales on matters relating to his Training Agency.
Mr. JacksonA copy of the Welsh language policy requested by the hon. Gentleman will be forwarded to the Library. It should be noted that the guidance will come into effect in March 1991.
