§ Mr. Peter LloydAs I stated in my reply to my hon. Friend on 12 July at column328, the report by Lloyds merchant bank will not be published because it was made in confidence and contains commercially and managerially sensitive information. The report is still under consideration and the Government's conclusions will be made known in due course.
