§ Mr. ForthBritish Actors Equity Association wrote to my overseas labour section in this Department on 14 February 1990 saying that Mr. Patrick Shai was working. In accordance with standing instructions, this letter was forwarded on 21 February to the Home Office, which is responsible for investigating any possible breach of the Immigration Act.
